Helmut Hoffmann is an experienced manager with more then 30 years in the ICT industry in different senior management positions,
mainly with Siemens AG, Germany. During that period he overtook several assignments like General Manager of Special Networks, VP Business Development, VP Merger and Acquisitions, VP Controlling and CFO in different groups. His specialities are Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions and Interims-/Change Management on international level.
